These Terms of Sale ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Family Secret™ ("TFS," "we," "us," or "our") governing all purchases of products through our website or any affiliated sales channel. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or violations of these Terms. We may also cancel orders after confirmation if necessary.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using approved payment methods. You authorize TFS to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. TFS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be directed to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Returns must be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery and require prior approval. Products must be unused and in original packaging. TFS reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be processed after inspection. TFS may apply reasonable restocking fees where permitted by law.
Product Use and Disclaimer

You acknowledge that individual results may vary. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TFS and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use, misuse, or resale of any product purchased from TFS.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, TFS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. TFS’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within California.
